Book your tournament at Aspen Grove - the fun, family oriented golf club.
We offer a fun tournament package for all abilities of golfers. Pull carts / power carts / club rentals are available. Our menu includes pub style to fine dining.
Shotgun starts are available for groups of 36 or more.
We have licensed facilities, a picnic area and a well stocked beverage cart available for your tournament.
For tournaments of up to 50 people - we have the back patio with options of full menu or BBQ.
For larger groups of over 50 people - we have the creekside picnic area available.
Smaller groups are always welcome.

Our professional staff at Aspen Grove Golf Club are proud to cater to all of your needs and make your Event truly memorable. If you have any special requests, please let us know - we will do our best to accommodate them.
Due to BC Liquor Laws, NO PERSONAL ALCOHOL may be brought to the Golf Course. It will be confiscated and golfing privileges may be revoked.
Tournaments
- Final estimate for number of people attending golf and/or dinner must be in one week prior to event. Final guaranteed numbers must be confirmed 3 days in advance. This is the number you will be invoiced for. If more attend, you will be charged fro the higher number.
- Balance is due one week prior to event. If the number of people who attend is higher than confirmed numbers, the balance must be paid prior to the start of the event.
- A 50% deposit is to be paid 30 days prior to event.
- A 10% cancellation fee will be forfeited from deposit if event is cancelled less than one week prior to event.
- All alcohol is to be provided by Aspen Grove Golf Course.
- A minimum of 50 people required for use of picnic area.
- There is a $100 set up/clean up fee for use of the picnic area to be paid at time of booking.
